What an inspiration you are! I am a bodyworker and fitness coach and I love your work. Thanks again for being such a wonderful inspiration. I refer clients to your video over and over again to show them that attitude has so much to do with graceful aging and that movement is the only thing that is going to keep them moving.\r\n-Jen

I consider myself a pretty active guy for a 50-yr-old, but I was totally flabbergasted when I saw a video of you posted on Facebook. I was excited about life, now I\\\\\\\'m super-excited. \r\nIf I ever come to the States, you\\\\\\\'re the first one I want to meet.\r\nBravo.\r\nRohan Marshall\r\nMalaysia

I watched your TV interview video which someone posted on FaceBook. Fantastic. I\\\\\\\'m a 58 year-old orthopaedic surgeon and I am 100% in agreement with your Never Leave the Playground philosophy. I often instruct patients to balance on one foot to rehabilitate an ankle injury and I\\\\\\\'m a firm believer in walking barefoot to keep the foot muscles and joints working well. I will follow your blog.\r\n\r\nBill Refve\r\nNorth Carolina

Stephen\\\'s Work Vital to the Health of Our Nation

Cutting edge brain research confirms what Stephen is sharing with the world...keeping the brain sharp through physical skill & activity training is vital to a happy, vibrant life from the cradle to grave. Sedentary lifestyle is probably the single biggest contributing factor to the dramatic increase in our society\\\'s biggest issues: heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer\\\'s, dementia, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, OCD, dyslexia, and more. Keep spreading the word, Stephen. The sooner we educate our population, the sooner we can start turning the tide for these life limiting struggles!

This Moment

He\\\'s in it! Not elsewhere. Stephen is naturally engaged in this moment and treasures it whether he is at his leisure or at a project, whatever company he\\\'s in or not in... there is a natural aplomb to the man without pretense and the moment is the way of his disarming art of just being himself which is quite miraculous, isn\\\'t it? And so it is also more sparked or a flame added unto in anyone paying attention and in his company.

What a gift to humanity!

We need more people like you to help others throughout the country ( in every state) to restore their vibrancy into their senior years. Perhaps establish centers with lots of people in many cities, encouraging each other, and restoring FUN in their lives. What an immune system booster, body healer, mind enhancer that would be for more and more people!! That would be such a gift to humanity, don\\\'t you think?!

Love your passion for life!

Thanks for your evangelical programs. I purchased both, and you inspired me to get up and go! I\\\'m 63, and I now Trikke, juggle, and balance board. I\\\'m even trying pickleball! Life is fun, again!

Stephen Jepson Review

It was our privilege to have Stephen Jepson at our school early in June 2015. He did five small presentations in schools and seniors facilities and then a full presentation in the evening for about 350 children and adults.\r\nStephen is a high energy guy with lots of enthusiasm. He speaks with passion and conviction on the topic of wellness, physical fitness, and living a long productive life.\r\nThe audiences loved his presentations and were inspired to make changes to their lifestyle. The feedback we received from Stephen\\\'s presentation has been positive and I am glad that we had Stephen Jepson visit our school and share his ideas.\r\n\r\nRon Schafer\r\nDirector - Physical Education\r\nBurman University

Live It!

I've followed your pieces for months and I have concluded you are most interested in living life. Not studying it. I agree with your assertion that computer games prepare 'people' to be good in computer games. That is fine. We live in a 'computerized' world now. I am 65 and revel in the real, the present, the raw and that is what I dig about your work.

Fascinating

I stumbled across Stephen a year or two ago and found both his outlook and creativity fascinating. There is a lot of thinking outside the box (you'd probably find Stephen leapfrogging the box!) and innovation, I found myself relating to it and proceeded to draw inspiration and ideas, I still regularly practice balancing and other small ways to invigorate the body and teach it new skills, all with the added benefit of rewiring the brain. A recent activity being teaching myself to draw (or write) with left and right hand simultaneously - something I wasn't sure was possible, but I thought, why not? and sure enough, it was do-able. This is an extension of Stephen's philosophy and I recommend everyone to stop in at Never Leave the Playground and learn from Stephen. All the best, Stephen, and thanks!

Designed to Move

Designed to Move is the title of my new book following up on Sitting Kills Moving Heals. Thank you Stephen for being such a fan. It's mutual of course. Designed to move gets into the mechanics of optimal motion. We are designed to be perpetual motion machines --cannot think of anyone other than you who better fits this description -- that need to use frequent, low to moderate, not high, intensity movement as a tuning fork throughout our waking hours, -- ping, ping, ping, on and off. Untuned we are like a piano that has dried out. That's us., we shrivel and die.
